I had some batter mix already left over that day,
but I have made the batter as directed as well.
Both are good.
And you can see, no grease was lost. :)
The approximate recipe is about a cup of flour,
about 2/3 cup sparkling water, but I just eyeballed it. :)
Enough lemon juice to get the nori sheets to stick...
.About 1/4 cup oil in the skillet.....
I also found that you can add to the "fishiness" (as well as nutrition) by sprinkling some spirulina on,
before placing the nori sheet.
Really good with a balsamic vinegarette reduction. :)
