Bok Choy Stir Fry

  • 2 head bok choy or 6 baby bok choy
  • 2 tb mirin (or rice vinegar)
  • 2 tb liquid aminos`(or soy sauce)
  • 2 tb oil
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • pepper flakes to taste


  • Leaves may need to be separated
    to get all the dirt out.

    With some sauce still left in pan from tempeh teriyaki,
    add all ingredients and turn up heat to medium.

    Bring to simmer approx 15 minutes then remove lid for approx another
    five minutes, to cook off some liquid.

    Goes very well with tempeh teriyaki and rice.
    Makes about 4 cups.
